Our in house courses run over two days from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at your office or any other venue you choose.

We are happy to come to your offices or any other venue you choose.

You will need to provide a large whiteboard for group work and a screen or projector that we can plug our laptop into with an HDMI cable. 

You are welcome to organise catering for your staff but that is optional. 

We will prepare and bring:

• the course material including case studies;
• comprehensive overhead slides;
• all handouts;
• a name card for each participant;
• a note pad for each participant; and
• a Questamon USB for each participant containing a soft copy of our Questamon text-book on contract law and construction contract management.

The cost of a two day in house training course is $19,995 plus GST.  

This cost includes all of the materials outlined above.  

This cost is a fixed fee and does not change according to your numbers. The cost to send a participant to a public training course is $1,595. So as soon as you have twelve people or more to train, if becomes more cost effective to run in house training.  

It is up to you how many attendees you desire. Groups of between 7 and 15 work very nicely because it gives the participants lots of one on one time to ask specific questions, but you are welcome to have up to 25 participants.  

With 25 participants in the course, the training cost is reduced to $799 per attendee, which is approximately half the cost of a public course. 

Please note the price is for training courses in the Perth metropolitan area. For courses outside this area, flights, accomodation and a hire car are changed back to the client at cost.

When you are ready to book, we will send you a contract and deposit invoice. 

Once your signed contract is returned and your deposit is paid you are all locked in.
