Understanding Building & Construction Tenders & Contracts

This 2 Day Training Course is a must for anyone involved in Tenders, Tender Documentation, Contract Administration or Management of Contracts in general.

Course fee includes course notes, workshop materials, attendance certificates, morning and afternoon teas and buffet lunches.

Course times are 8.30am to 4.30pm each day.

Introduction to Contract Law
WA Construction Contracts Act
Nature of Contract (Lump Sum Schedule of Rates etc)
When does a Tender become a Contract?
General Conditions of Contract (AS 2124, AS 4000, AS 4300, ABIC & Others)
Variations and Change Orders
Extensions of Time
Delay and Disruption costs
Liquidated Damages and Penalties

Full Course Fee ONLY $495* (incl. gst) for persons eligible to receive the CTF subsidy.
To be eligible to receive the CTF training subsidy a trainee must be currently employed in the Building and Construction Industry in Western Australia.
Local and State Government are ineligible.
